Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the hbdd platform. These terms define the legal relationship between you and us.
Introduction & Applicability
General Overview
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and financial transactions on the hbdd platform. By accessing hbdd.lat or creating an account, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. hbdd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Eligibility & Account Registration
To open an account at hbdd, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a person legally capable of using an online gaming platform.
- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential.
- hbdd must be notified immediately of any changes to your account information.
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. Notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Financial Terms
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals at hbdd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur due to bank verification or technical reasons. Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.
hbdd does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or financial institution may apply their own fees, which are beyond hbdd's control.
- Deposited funds must be used for entertainment purposes only.
- Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected, hbdd may temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
hbdd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The current welcome bonus terms are as follows:
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
- A bonus can be received only once per account.
- No withdrawals can be made while a bonus is active.
- hbdd determines which games are eligible for bonus balance use and this may change.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, hbdd reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Each promotion has its own validity period; if a bonus is not used within the specified time frame, it will be automatically cancelled.
Game & Betting Rules
Gaming Rules
The hbdd platform offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, Andar Bahar, Pearls of Bingo, and more. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed on screen when the game loads.
In the event of a technical error during gameplay (disconnection, server issues, etc.), the rules of the relevant game provider will apply. hbdd's system records are considered final.
- hbdd works with verified game providers to ensure fair play.
- If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed in any game, those results will be considered void.
- Operating the same account from multiple devices simultaneously may be restricted for security reasons.
- The use of any bots, automated software, or unfair methods is strictly prohibited.
Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets in the cricket betting section. Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and other sports.
hbdd makes no guarantees regarding match results, dates, schedules, or odds. Published odds may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time will apply.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet may be voided and the stake will be refunded.
- The terms for pre-match bets placed before a match begins and live bets are separate.
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected, hbdd reserves the right to review or cancel bets.
VIP Program & Responsible Gaming
VIP Program Terms
hbdd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.
VIP tiers are advanced based on regular gaming activity and platform engagement. More active play is required to move to higher tiers. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at hbdd's discretion.
- Cashback is automatically credited to the account.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable.
- VIP tier status may change if an account becomes inactive.
Responsible Gaming
hbdd believes gaming is an entertainment activity and should be enjoyed within limits. We are committed to the mental wellbeing and financial safety of our users.

Limitation of Liability
hbdd provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, hbdd is not liable for the following:
- Losses in a game caused by the user's internet disconnection.
- Delays or failures related to third-party services (mobile banking, bank transfers).
- Losses resulting from the user sharing their account details with others.
- Unexpected technical errors or force majeure situations.
- The financial consequences of the user's own gaming decisions.
hbdd always uses SSL encryption and the highest security standards to keep user data protected.
Account Suspension & Closure
hbdd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- In case of a breach of the Terms.
- If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
- If evidence is found that an account was opened using false information.
- If evidence is found that a minor is using the account.
- In cases of operating multiple accounts.

- The authority to finalize decisions related to complaints rests with hbdd's management.

- Every effort is made to resolve any dispute amicably.
Changes to Terms & Effectiveness
hbdd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the site when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between hbdd and the user.
